| When looking at the African
American community, it is no secret that we are a disadvantaged
race. Our society continually searches for the solution to poverty,
drugs, and the firm foundation to avoid corruption. The drugs and
poverty have infected our minds, causing us to doubt our ability to
achieve. The firm foundation we need in our society translates to
the faith in ourselves or a leader. An affective solution to our
plight would be entrepreneurship. Legal Entrepreneurship would
generate revenue in the community, and countervail the drug
distribution. Entrepreneurship forces the mind to challenge his
environment and set the pace for those around you. I am qualified to
operate successfully in this organization because I have the mind to
analyze situations, adapt to my environment and affect the
community. My leverage in entrepreneurship comes from my ability to
take a chance. I see myself as an accomplished entrepreneur that
makes firm decisions, and supports them wholeheartedly. My belief in
myself and my employees will allow my organization to overcome.
